• Contact form. The details you type in the form on our contact page, such as your name, organization, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.نموذج التواصل. التفاصيل التي تكتبها في النموذج في صفحة التواصل، مثل اسمك ومؤسستك وبريدك الإلكتروني والخدمة التي تهمك ورسالتك.

• Technical data. • Data shared while we deliver a service. If you become a client, you may give us documents, footage, records or access to systems that contain personal data. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our business, under terms that limit what they can do with it. Some of our providers operate servers in other countries, so your data may be processed outside your country and outside Saudi Arabia. 6. How long we keep it6. مدة الاحتفاظ بها

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and in general terms as follows:نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية فقط بقدر حاجتنا إليها للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله، وعموماً كما يلي:

• Inquiries: until the matter is resolved, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up.الاستفسارات: حتى تُحل المسألة، ثم مدة معقولة بعدها تحسباً لأي متابعة منك.
• Client records: for the duration of the agreement and for the period needed to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.سجلات العملاء: طوال مدة الاتفاق، ولمدة لازمة للوفاء بالواجبات النظامية والضريبية والمحاسبية.
• Analytics data: for a limited period, in aggregated form where possible.بيانات التحليل: لمدة محدودة، وبصورة مجمّعة قدر الإمكان.

These periods are indicative. When we no longer need the data, we delete it or make it anonymous.هذه المدد إرشادية. وحين لا نعود بحاجة إلى البيانات، نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.

7. How we protect it7. كيف نحميها

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (TLS) on the website, access limited to people who need it, and careful selection of providers. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will act promptly and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.نعتمد تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات الشخصية، منها الاتصالات المشفّرة (TLS) على الموقع، وحصر الوصول بمن يحتاج إليه، والاختيار الدقيق للمزوّدين. ولا يمكن ضمان أن يكون أي نظام على الإنترنت آمناً تماماً، لذلك لا نعد بأمان مطلق. وإذا علمنا بخرق يمس بياناتك، فسنتصرف بسرعة ونُبلغك ونبلّغ الجهات المختصة حيث يوجب النظام ذلك.

We design our practices to help align with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, where it applies, the GDPR. We aim to use privacy-friendly analytics that do not follow you across other sites. We do not use advertising trackers on this website and we do not sell data to advertisers. The website may also store small preferences on your device, such as your chosen language or theme. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.نسعى إلى استخدام أدوات تحليل صديقة للخصوصية لا تتعقبك عبر مواقع أخرى. ولا نستخدم متتبعات إعلانية على هذا الموقع، ولا نبيع البيانات للمعلنين. وقد يخزّن الموقع أيضاً تفضيلات بسيطة على جهازك، مثل اللغة أو المظهر الذي اخترته. وإذا تغير استخدامنا لملفات الارتباط أو التحليلات، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة، ونطلب موافقتك أولاً حيث يشترط النظام ذلك.

10. Client data we process on behalf of clients10. بيانات العملاء التي نعالجها نيابة عنهم

When we deliver services to a client, the client usually decides why and how the personal data in its documents, footage, systems or archives is used, and we process it on the client's behalf. In that case we act as a processor and the client is the controller. Our handling of that data is governed by the service agreement or proposal, including confidentiality, security, retention and deletion terms, and not by this website policy alone.حين نقدّم خدمات لعميل، يقرر العميل عادةً لماذا وكيف تُستخدم البيانات الشخصية الواردة في مستنداته أو مواده المصوّرة أو أنظمته أو أرشيفاته، ونعالجها نحن نيابةً عنه. وفي هذه الحالة نعمل بصفة معالج للبيانات، ويكون العميل هو المتحكم. ويحكم تعاملنا مع تلك البيانات اتفاق الخدمة أو العرض، بما فيه شروط السرية والأمان والاحتفاظ والحذف، وليس هذه السياسة الخاصة بالموقع وحدها.

If you are an individual whose data a client has given us, please contact that client first about your rights. We will help the client respond.وإذا كنت فرداً أعطانا أحد العملاء بياناتك، فنرجو أن تتواصل مع ذلك العميل أولاً بشأن حقوقك. وسنساعد العميل في الاستجابة.

11. Children11. الأطفال

This website is for organizations and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.هذا الموقع موجّه للمؤسسات والمهنيين، وليس للأطفال، ولا نجمع عمداً بيانات شخصية من الأطفال عبره. وإذا ظننت أن طفلاً أرسل لنا بيانات شخصية، فأخبرنا وسنحذفها.
